In recent years, social media platforms have become an integral part of dly life for many individuals worldwide. While they offer numerous benefits like connectivity and information sharing, their influence on mental health has been a subject of intense debate among researchers and policymakers. This paper critically analyze the impact of social media usage on different aspects of psychological well-being.
Introduction:
The rapid expansion of digital technologies, particularly social media platforms, has profoundly altered interaction patterns and access to information. Initially seen as an avenue for connection and knowledge dissemination, the effect of these platforms on mental health is now a matter of concern for public health professionals. The purpose of this paper is to provide insights into how social media use affects various dimensions of mental health.
